Announcing Patternalia

Cringely announced that his column is getting more bloggish. Well, my blog is getting more columnish.

Starting now, I will be posting articles, not under a YYYY-MM category like normal blog posts, but under the category Patternalia. Yes, it's all about patterns. I am deeply affected by Christopher Alexander's work, and by patterns themselves. And when I'm deeply affected by something, I write. To really understand what the column series is about, go read the first one. Another will follow shortly, in a few days. -m
