Lesson 1<\/strong>: Before you ask people to be hardcore-devoted to you, first you need to demonstrate that you have the qualities of a leader. In THEIR eyes, not yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson 2<\/strong>: Actually, you don\u2019t ever ask people to be devoted to you. Instead, you inspire it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson 3<\/strong>: If you need to make let people go (and sometimes you will) FIRST get rid of those who will voluntarily walk away. THEN reassess needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson 4<\/strong>: The way you treat people at a lower station than you reflects the kind of person you are at your core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson 5<\/strong>: Make a point of getting out of your own bubble often. Especially: listen carefully and dispassionately to anyone who might criticize you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lesson 6<\/strong>: Perspective is worth 80 IQ points.
