The new coefficient of community

Previously I had argued for keeping my wiki wide open. With open you get more comments, even down to the level of simple typo fixes. You get spammers to, but they are only weakly motivated to target any particular site. Self-employed-me, however, had plenty of motive and time to keep things tidy.

The coefficient theory still holds, but now that I'm exiting self-employment, the calculation shifts. For about a week now, login has been required to edit the wiki. If possible, the site will remain--still a good spot for brainstorming, updates on writing, and so on. If you really want to comment, you have to log in, that's all.
